Huntress girl done

I am soooo behind on updating my blog >_<
This girl was finished for couple of months now and already reached her new home.
Enjoy the pictures :-)

Huntress

This is a commission piece of Huntress, sculpted by Chris Gabrish.  She is 1/6 scale and made out of weird material that feels almost like cold cast (but it does say its resin :-D )
Lots of holes and uneven surfaces.
I do love the base :-)

The box came in a little damaged.  Lucky, it didn't effect anything inside.

 Some pictures of unpainted figure

First priming :-)

 First layers of paint

Did I mention that I really like the base :-)
I used spray can of grey paint with speckles as a base color.  Saved me a lot of time.

Red Sonja repainting.

I was asked to repaint the Sideshow Red Sonja statue.
Its an amazing sculpt with pretty good paint jobs considering its a mass painted job :D
She just needed some extra love.

Here is how she came in to me:

Her skin had this weird grey tint to it, her eyes are not green and her hair looked a little dull and one flat.  Thats what I was focusing on.  I left her boots, her weapons, her severed head and base as it it is.

The skin:

And here is her beautiful green eyes :)

And the final pictures:

I hope I didn't overload you guys with pictures :D
