I know, the break down is very annouing >.< I do hate when the head and the hair are one piece, I always struggle to paint it :D Trust me, you will eventualy run into this too :P
You know Woo, I don't usually premix my colors like this. At least not too often :D I had to do it here because its a commission work and I was asked to match the colors as close to anime as possible. But you are right, it would be a great thing to practice :D

I got to be more careful with color matching. I like how you test your paint right next to a print out.
I just kind of mix something, eyeball it and spray it. If I don't like it I start over lol. Got to get out of that habit.
I want to match Saber Maid here more accurately than Saber Lily. Less yellow and more of a realistic brownish tan blonde.
