Its a little girl from La campanella della benedizione ( http://www.e2046.com/product.php?products_id=10226). I am not familiar with the character, but she is very cute :D
The kit is purchased from E2046. The cast is not the greatest, there is lots of sanding marks on the surface, but the fit is very nice. Plus the store included some decals for the eyes.

I love that cat too, its so adorable.
So far I am sticking with original colors, just changing up white to pearl white. Its going to be fun project :D
